What to expect
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment, to allow time to relax and prepare for your therapy.
Do I need to tell you about medical conditions?
Yes — please inform our spa team of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or injuries before your treatment.
What if the pressure isn't right for me?
Your comfort is our priority. Do tell your therapist of any pressure preferences or discomfort at any point during the treatment.
Where can I keep my belongings?
Lockers are available in each spa room to securely store personal belongings during your treatment.
Is there an age policy?
Spa services are recommended for guests 18 years and above, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Can I use my phone in the spa?
To preserve the tranquillity of the spa, we ask that mobile devices remain on silent.
